Stepping into Silence

29th March to 6th April 2024. A Meditation Hiking Retreat in Himachal Pradesh, India

The serene Himalayan peaks and the tranquil silence bring inner joy and peace. As you step away from outer distractions and reflect within a natural ease returns. The mountains display a perfect setting for a silent exploration both outer and inner. Join Dr. Rina Dedhiya at this retreat in the magical town village in Kullu Valley.

The kings castle, an old British style art gallery, the ancient Krishna Temple, this quaint village is an inspiration for those looking to slow down, relax and reflect. In the 8 days sojourn we spend our days meditating and hiking in the alpine forests, bathing in himalayan sunshine, breathing crisp mountain air, gazing at the snow capped peaks. Join unplugged trails for this offbeat immersive experience. This retreat is specially designed for those seeking clarity and space for silent contemplation, the highlight being spending the last few days in silence.

We walk in silent contemplation with a small group of 8-10 like minded fellow travellers and soak in the beauty of majestic Himalayan Spring. Unplugging from our daily routine, we spend our days in self enquiry through meditation, chanting, reflective writing, reading, journaling, fire side talks, story telling and more. These activities help to align your mind and body and guide you to reconnect to your higher self.
